Thank you to anyone who responds to this with some sort of help or informationĮdit: FYI, I did delete and reinstall Ubisoft Connect which didn't do anything to help. I know it's a lot of questions but I have been waiting since before Christmas to play this game and I still haven't heard from Epic Games or Ubisoft, which keep in mind- it has been weeks, so this is honestly my last resort. My questions to you guys are these What was your experience in purchasing the game? Did you have an activation code you had to put in? If you did have an activation code, how did you receive it? If you didn't need an activation code, how did you log in? Did you make a new account? If you had a pre-existing one, when you logged in did it automatically give you the game to your Ubisoft account? I tried again right after writing a support email to Epic Games and Ubisoft and it started to ask for a CD key or activation code even though I was never given one, I checked my email receipt then and I have since checked a dozen times over and over again. Don't know how to find an Activation code on Uplay Or where to find a key from a Uplay game, you've installed on Steam Then this tutorial should help you o. Now that was just the original issue! Not even what is now occurring. I have tried using the same email and password as my Epic Games account to log into this account via Ubisoft Connect, but it has not worked. I have reason to believe that Epic Games has automatically made an account and I have zero access to it. It is not one I made, though the username it uses is one I have used in the past and the name of the email I use for Epic. Please sign in with the connected account on the Ubisoft site." Now, I would do this, but, I do not have a single idea where this account it mentioned has come from. I then searched up this issue and found that I needed to link my Epic Games account to my Ubisoft one, so I went to do that, but when I did, it told me this "The Epic Games account is connected to Ubisoft account, and you're trying to log in with another account. I could log in, but Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora was not linked to my account. So I closed Ubisoft Connect and opened the launcher directly instead of through Epic. I tried to log in with my pre-existing Ubisoft Connect account but it told me "An Epic Games service is unavailable at the moment". I bought Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora on Epic Games a couple of weeks ago and when I tried to launch the game it auto-downloaded Ubisoft Connect and opened the log-in page.
